    Maria and Child Edna Hibel Porcelain Sculpture with Base & Box Numbered
    You are bidding on a beautiful pure white Edna Hibel porcelain sculpture with wooden base and original box.  It is # 148 of a limited edition of 250.  There were six series of this image and this is part of series I.  It was part of unsold gallery stock so it may have been displayed.  The figurine is in excellent condition with no cracks or chips but the box is soiled.  It was made by Kaiser Porzellan in West Germany.  The original wooden base with metal name plate is included and there is some tarnish from age on the metal plate.  The figure stands 8 1/4" high and its base is 3 3/4" wide.  It has a matte finish.  Please see the photos.
