I have tested the radio for RX and TX. The radio was transmitting at 4.5 watts or better.
The display is nice and bright with no obvious missing pixels.There are some scratches on the display.
The battery was conditioned to 1000 mAh. The life of the battery is unknown. Please plan on replacing the battery for optimal performance.
