Vintage Vaseline Glass Handled Server Plate Platter Tray

This listing is for a vintage Vaseline glass handled tray or plate or platter. I am not sure of the maker of this piece, so hopefully you do. The piece measures around 10 inches across and is in great condition with no cracks or chips. The piece does have some light utensil marks from some light normal use. The piece does glow under a black light.
